公司更名通知

我們很高興的通知您，經監管機構審議通過，我司全資控股股東的股權变更已於2025年1月完成，变更後，我司不再與中國恒大集團存在法律和事實上的任何關聯關係，公司最終股東皆為經驗豐富的香港金融從業人士，多數為《證券及期貨條例》（香港法例第571章）下之持牌人士。

我司並已於2025年3月6日，獲得公司註冊處批准，正式更名為同舟證券（香港）有限公司。

藉股權变更機會，我司全面梳理、優化產品和業務流程、升級交易系統、加強內控及風險管理，將以全新面貌致力於為新老客戶提供更為便捷、高效、專業的服務。

我司將於2025年 4月7日恢復港交所直連的電子交易，屆時起您可通過“恒證通”APP便利下單，其他有關服務資訊、更新將陸續向您通報。

We are pleased to inform you that, upon review by the relevant regulatory authorities, our 100% holding company successfully conducted its change of ownership in January 2025. Our company no longer has any factual or legal connection with China Evergrande Group. The ultimate shareholders of our company now are all experienced financial professionals in Hong Kong, mostly  the licensed persons under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571, laws of Hong Kong).

Further, our company has officially completed its name change to Ark Securities (Hong Kong) Limited as approved by the Company Registry on March 6, 2025.

Leveraging the opportunity of the change of the ownership, our company has comprehensively reviewed and optimized its products and business processes, upgraded the trading system, strengthened internal controls and risk management. We are now poised to deliver more convenient, efficient, and professional services to both new and existing customers.

Starting from ​April 7, 2025, we will resume direct electronic trading connectivity with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). Customers may conveniently place orders through our APP Hengzheng Tong. Additional service updates and information will be communicated to you from time to time.
