主要職責 :

Handle daily settlement operations of securities, futures, options, and other derivatives (Local and Overseas market);

Perform settlement functions including daily stock reconciliation, trade matching, customers fund in/out, IPO, Placement, SI, corporate actions, and other CCASS/DCASS operations;

Assist in system modification and UAT testing; Prepare daily and monthly settlement reports and statements;

Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

職位要求 :

Diploma or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline;

Minimum 1-year relevant experience in settlement operations, preferably in the brokerage business;

Knowledge on CCASS/DCASS operations;

Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing; Responsible, self-motivated, independent, and good interpersonal skill;

Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;

Shift duty and work on weekends and public holidays will be required if necessary;

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Settlement Officer.
